MOVIE SQUEE!!!!
BRAVE WAS SOOOOO AMAZING OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!
Merida is my new fav Princess, for reals, yo! The movie is so lovely, the animation GORGEOUS and it's both funny and touching. I cried near the end, Pixar knows how to get me. *clutches pearls*
Wont say too much as it's a newly released movie and I don't want to spoil it, but it's fantastic. Anyone who says it's not as good as other Pixar movies or too simple or on too small a scale are pressed.
One thing though, and I cannot stress this enough:
DO NOT SEE BRAVE IN 3D!! DO NOT SEE BRAVE IN 3D!! DO NOT SEE BRAVE IN 3D!!
It is SO dark you can't even see what's going on through a large portion of it. The 2D is gorgeous with vibrant colors and the type of animation gives it a dimensional feel anyways.
Buying the soundtrack and can't wait to buy the movie on BluRay.
The only downside of this movie is that the epicness of Merida's hairporn has made me realize my hair will never have the bounce, volume or color that she does....and that makes life seem really hard and unfair right now. *lip wibble* *covets*
