I just discovered, thanks to the awesome bzzinglikeneon, that my name is in the Time Capsule Appreciation and Love Meme and, on her suggestion, decided to give you a link to my top-level comment for easy axcess ;)
Personally I missed the deadline for adding people (fail), but I will definitely be going over there to leave comments on peoples top-level comments before sunday :) Make sure to go through the lists if you want to give your friends some love. There are 9 pages of names and you are bound to find someone!
Directions: Come by anytime through Wednesday to leave a top-level comment with a friend's name. From Wednesday through Sunday morning, return to leave screened comments shock full of appreciation and ♥s for your friends. On Sunday afternoon, all comments will be unscreened so you can enjoy what your friends said about you!
