Yes. But it's a little more complicated than that. I can reverse time on a wound. I reject an event...like Ed-san losing his arm and leg.

I've restored someone's arm before, but that arm was just cut off with a sword. I don't know if the way Ed-san lost his arm and leg will make a difference. But I can try.
