Edward wriggled beneath Mello, only half-heartedly trying to get the older blonde off since, on the one hand, he wanted him off but, on the other, he didn't want to hurt him. "As much as I appreciate the view," he said calmly, wondering if Mello was ticklish and if he could get him off that way, "I'd much more appreciate you getting your ass off of my chest!" That was when he saw and heard the his little brother was there. He turned red and stared at Alphonse a minute before turning back to Mello and struggling with more enthusiasm, "C'mon, get off!"

"That all depends." Mello turned a page casually, then looked up at Al and smiled. "Hey, Al." He adjusted his position; Edward wasn't the most comfortable chair in the world. "Are you ready to actually talk, or are you going to go on pretending you're fine?"

Alphonse smiled back, walking up to them and promptly sitting down on Edward's legs. "Not like he'll be able to go anywhere before he does." He smiled at Edward as innocently as he could, making sure he wouldn't be able to kick him off.

Edward gaped as his little brother sat down and pinned him even more than he already was. "Traitor!" he shouted, flailing more with his arms since he couldn't move his legs. Or maybe he could. He considered for a moment just throwing them both off, but then, of course, changed his mind. And they obviously weren't going anywhere until he started talking but . . . how was he supposed to tell them about what he'd done? Alphonse especially! "I already told you, I . . . can't. And I'm not pretending!"
