The one girl I interviewed said that for her, things weren't as bad as the media made it out to be. It was kinda good to hear, but you still have to acknowledge the people who did experience things even worse than what the media has shown. Then I accidentally started interviewing a guy who I thought may have been an evacuee but turned out to be a local. I played it off and interviewed him for his service though. Cool guy. Then there were some people who didn't want to be interviewed, a lot of them.

I'm leaving to Baylor with the Fam tomorrow. I'm not going to school. I needed to get my Creative Writing journals in and get my workshop thing finished, but o well. I have a 98.1 in precal. I want to raise it to a 100.

My life is being consumed by a few things, especially in this last week.
NHI and my plans for it
Newspaper
CorpusBeat (I NEED MONEY!)
Junior Council (Wing Dec's all week next week)

I'm not even gonna get to find out if I won tomorrow. I'll call somebody. You jerks better not lie to me.

Buddy,
Tell Corina that I can go ahead and do the story for the evacuees. I'm gonna interview them anyway. By doing something more in depth for Corpus Beat, I can take some stuff from the interviews and do a pretty good story I think. Also, story idea- theres some guy who has Madden tournaments. Ya know, the videogame?

I have wing decs all next week, an interview at 4:30 Monday with Ted Oakley and an NHI meeting at 6:30. I need to have that meeting with the seniors next week and I need to talk to Kane, along with the rest of the principals.

Then I have the research paper due next week if I want it to be checked. It shouldn't be that hard...but thats what I say now.
