Can Crowley Detect Evil: Well...she's a witch and not just a magic user. She's the daughter of the most infamous witch in her world, Flemeth. A woman who made a deal will with a demon for power and eternal life; this basically ended with Morrigan's ma living in the same body as a demon and sacrificing her many daughters to gain eternal life. And both Morrigan and her mother have histories of definitely Not Nice things so...probably yes? I'm not quite sure but I'd be surprised if there wasn't at least a small ping.
