Amy & Dan had a great little wedding in Amy's parents' front yard. The ceremony was officiated by two friends, Amy's beloved rescue dog was the ring bearer, her mom was the maid of honor-- and both sides of the bridal party did some great readings-- including I Like You (a favorite of mine). The veil Amy is wearing was made by her Grandmother for her Mom & Dad's wedding and carried a lot of significance with it.
After the ceremony-- the couple danced to the Indigo Girls classic, The Power of Two (the song I used for the slideshow as well) and then danced and chatted the night away with both friends and family. In lieu of favors, they donated money to the Humane Society.
The shot above was a lucky grab toward the end of the night-- I like doing hand-held long exposures at night...and just as I was clicking the button on this one, Amy & Dan walked right in. Good job, guys. :)
