Central - A Snowbank [Open]

A not so little snow bank that is out of the way of the more main traffic of Central seems to have a resident. Not that Shadowman minds that he's taken up living in a snow bank, what with the being passed out from drinking.

Anyone passing by may notice the blue of the Ninja's armor standing out from the white of the snow.
