[Riku happens to be in the library as well, doing some reading of his own. He looks up when he hears someone, and decides to approach.]

[He doesn't exactly know the library well, but he figures if he can help, he might as well.]

[ She turns around after hearing someone approaching her and when they spoke she had closed the book briefly and set it on the table. The female gave the other a collected look. ]

Information, I suppose.

[ She replied honestly. She was trying to find anything that could be useful for her in the future. Tear would appreciate any form of help. ]

[Vague. Maybe she's hiding something...? He tries not to be suspicious immediately. He has no reason to be - at least, he shouldn't. He just smiles faintly.]

[ Tear was merely being cautious since she does not know all the residents here. There might be bad ones mixed with the better of the population. She was doing her best to keep a neutral aura about everything. Maybe she was hiding something, but she was always the type to keep a lot of things to herself. ]

Any useful information regarding the Plane in general. I've been told the basics but I am certain there is more to this specific location.

Yeah. There's definitely more than just the basics to this place.

[He pauses for a moment to think.] I've found a few books before, but I don't think they helped much. I found it better to just ask the people here. Some have been coming here for a very long time, after all.

Yes, I'm quite aware of that.

[ The information he was giving her was quite useful. At least it would save her some trouble of going through every last book here. ]

I suppose it would make sense to question the residents rather than reading a book sometimes.

[ She mused with a nod of her head. If people knew more than the books it would be more useful to her. She had thought about asking a few of the residents before since she knew they would know more. She still tried though to get some information from the books. ]

You could also try talking to the people in the shop. Sometimes, you can actually get something out of them. I wouldn't count on it though.

...I see. I'll keep that in mind. [ He did have a point. She did visit a couple of shops but she never though about actually asking them but at the same time he did mention that they wouldn't be too useful. Still a little information is better than nothing. ].

It seems not many people are aware of their intentions and these individuals do not show up often enough for use to make that assumption. I agree, we should not trust them until we're aware of their true intentions.

[ Tear looks at him, her expression hardens a little. ] No I was not aware that the Plane runs on blood.

[ ooc: yay :3 ]

[He nods solemnly, then turns his attention off to the side. He can’t ever bring himself to actually look at anyone when he shares this little bit of information, especially not now, not after his own death here...]

Yeah. Blood. [Small pause] You’ve probably heard that if you die here on the Plane, they bring you back to life. Well, they don’t bring you back exactly like you were. Some things are different about you. One of the more important changes is... your blood. It turns black.

[ Tear gives him a skeptical look for his lack of eye contact but she didn't question seeing it might have been uncomfortable for him. ]

[ There's a hardened gaze on her face to mask her shock. Deaths here turns your blood black? She was uncertain on how she would feel about that. It seemed also that death wasn't something that was permanent. She heard things here and there but she had never expected to hear it from someone honestly.

A cruel and terrible thing that this place runs on. She didn't expect it to be this bad but she had her precautions. ]

That is quite unsettling to hear.

Yeah. This place is just full of surprises. [Bitter, bitter, bitter...

But he shakes his head, trying to keep his thoughts from drifting too far into darkness.] What else did you want to know?

It seems that way. I could only hope the surprises aren't too surprising. [ Dealing with the unknown would require her to be on guard and ready at all time. Not that she wasn't already on guard at the moment.

She could tell from his words along that this was not a laughing matter and that people definitely suffer here no matter how small or big the problems were. ]

I have been hearing about the experiments. How do they work and are there any specific things I should be aware of in these experiments?
