[Shion is passing by when he notices that hey, he can read some of what this guy is writing! So he stops and says, in Gallifreyan] Can you understand me?

[Not that 'Royal Canadian Mounted Police' really means anything to him, but at least he can understand this man] I am Shion of Aries. Do you have any idea what is going on?

Apparently, while I have the ability to speak both Japanese and Gallifreyan flawlessly, my own native tongues are inaccessible. Nothing wrong with either language, of course, still, would help getting my point across.
