[Oliver is back to his usual self! one would hardly know he's just spent almost two weeks as a woman since now he is not only male again but looking much more like he did before the accident that caused his amnesia. he's even wearing his own 27th century clothing--he's made a stop back on Gondovan and found the personal belongings in his hospital

[now completely curls and scarf-free, the Doctor is all smiles when he bursts into the Astral Bar. really Oliver, you are too predictable sometimes, but it does come in handy at times--like this one.]

Ollie! There you are. [strides over to him, completely oblivious of his friend's sombre mood] And ohhh, back to normal, I see. Shame, I'd gotten used to you as a woman, but I'm glad you're back. Doubly glad! I've got something for you, by the way! [starts digging around the pockets of his long brown coat]

[looks up, surprised by the sudden outburst of sound. then just stares at the Doctor because really, what do you say to someone telling you they preferred you as a woman?] You...uh...oh. [quickly stashes the datapad in a pocket, still not sure what to say. instead, he settles on watching the Doctor dig for whatever-it-is. it's good to see the Doctor as himself again, but part of Oliver is sad, too--not that he would say that, unlike some people]

[so eloquent! he catches a glimpse at the datapad screen as Oliver is putting it away, but doesn't comment on it yet. instead, he pulls out a small wrapped box smaller than his hand, followed by a bigger, lumpier, and hastily-wrapped package that has no right fitting in his pocket so easily. he holds the smaller one out first] Merry Christmas, Ollie. Even if it is very late.

Oh! [can't help his surprise--the Doctor told him he had a gift for him, but Oliver certainly wasn't expecting two] Cheers, Doctor... [starts to unwrap the small box]

[Nathan, like an unwanted cat that keeps showing up, does just that. Shows up. His senses to bother and socialise with someone he has decided is on the verge of pal-dom have pinged mysteriously! There is socializing to be had! There are s and z to be replaced interchangeably as I remember to type like an American for Nathan!]

Hey! You finally got over being allergic to, uh, ...sunflower seeds?

[He forgot what it was. Sunflower seeds must've been it. Yeah, it was totally sunflower seeds.]

[turns, surprised to hear someone there] Oh, Nathan! Hey. [smiles, giving a short laugh as he gets over his surprise and realises what his friend--because Nathan is a friend to him--has said] Something like that, yeah. I've just gotta stay away from them--erm, it--in the future.

[really, Nathan, saying it like that, you could almost make him believe he's allergic to sunflower seeds!]

What about you? How's the band and...you know, the lawsuit and all that? [he knows it's been a while, but he didn't remember to to ask last time]

[Nathan grins.]

Yeah, we got that, uh, solved. Murderface and Toki are back in the band. We've got a gig in Mozambique coming up soon.

Ohh! That's good news. And sounds like some trip!

[looks up, surprised by the voice] Oh, Mu, hiya! [slips the datapad into his pocket, smiling for his friend] Yeah, I'm...feeling more like myself.

Are you all right? I mean--you know, after...whatever that was?

Revisiting some memories?

Fine. It's not the first time such a thing has happened.

Ah, yeah. It's easier to remember--you know, when I see the people and places. [not that this has convinced him to go back to hospital for more than a few minutes, of course]

[nods] That's good. I mean--not that it's happened before! Just that...nothing more happened. [smiles] It's good to see you.

[oliverplus]

[turns to him, caught by surprise] Irving! Hey. [tries for a smile, but it comes out more nervous than anything] Ah, something like that, yeah.

[and since he doesn't really want to have that conversation...] How's it going? How's the Collection?

What, really? Wow! What sort of relics?

Oliver! You are back to normal!

[oliverplus]

[jumps] Leela! [turns to her with a smile, but then his expression becomes concerned] What about you? Are you...yourself...again?

Yes, I am myself again. And when I find our captors, they will pay for what they did to me.

[relieved] Yeah, that sounds like you.

[smiles] It's good to see you, Leela.
