[Marta rushes over, looking worried.]

Oh no, you're hurt...what happened?

[polarisation]

[ Ugh. Sefton reaches a little further and tugs his sleeve down over the bandage, while trying to scoot a little to the side as Marta gets closer. ]

Nothing.

[formervanguard]

That doesn't look like nothing... [She shakes her head, holding a hand out, palm up.] I can heal it.

[polarisation]

[ He gives the hand a glare. He's a little off-kilter at the moment and being touched is the very last thing he wants. ] It's fine. It'll heal on its own.

[formervanguard]

What...? But, it'll stop hurting! You'll be better! Please?

[polarisation]

It doesn't hurt. 'm fine.

[formervanguard]

[She frowns at him, not understanding why he wouldn't want an injury to be healed instantly... but she takes a step back and lowers her hand, as well as her gaze.]

Alright. ...But, what happened?

[polarisation]

Just fell. Landed on my arm. That's all.

[formervanguard]

That may be all, but it can still hurt. [She sighs.] Why are you being so stubborn about it?

Why not let it heal now? You don't even have to do anything...

[polarisation]

'cause. We don't even have... magic like that where I'm from. What if it doesn't work? Or goes wrong?

Anytime I've used it on the Plane, it's worked perfectly! There's no reason to just suffer.
