{Distantly, looking up to the stars again. The cracks are spreading down her arms until the right arm simply falls off and shatters against the ground into thousands of tiny, ruby-like pieces.}

Nathan betrayed me in the end, I guess.

What, you aren't happy? I'm disappointed.

I do not understand. What happened to you?

Nathan stabbed me with sister's sword.

[Ikki is convinced his mun hates him.]

D... Diva-san?

[He tosses away his crutch and runs to her side, reaching for her hand, unable to help her otherwise. It's... it's awful. Horrid. Something Sora might do.]

{Very calmly, and she doesn't move at all} It's not something Ikki should watch. Ne, you should leave, really.

[crowheaded]

No... no... I'm not going anywhere. I'm not going to let you go on alone. [He's holding onto that hand like a lifeline, trying to disregard the angry tears in his eyes.] W-who did this?

Nathan. It was...Nathan in the end. Saya had forgiven me, but I guess Nathan hated me after all.

Diva! [Runs over to her.] Diva, what...

{Evenly} Nathan betrayed me.

[Reaches forward and takes her hand.] I'll stay with you.

{She grips it lightly} Not at all. Ne...Saya, Saya had forgiven me. But I guess Nathan, Nathan hadn't.

[And here is Amaterasu. She would heal Diva, of course, but she knows Death when she smells it. And Death is not the dominion of the goddess of Life. So she walks up to Diva and snuffles at her hand before sitting down and regarding her with a warm gaze.]

Diva. I want to thank you.

{Starts to pet Amaterasu absently} Thank me? Why?

For letting me get to know you. For letting me be your friend. [Smiles.] And for that beautiful dress, of course. I am very glad to have known you.

[Leans into the pets.] Are you in much pain?

[chansondelamort]

No. It doesn't hurt at all. {She does make a noise of surprise, though, as an arm crumbles, though it's not the one that's petting Amaterasu}

But, you know, I'm happy too. That's why I wanted to die here. At least here, I'm liked, you know?
