I've no notion. All I know is at the start of this, I was in the Rowan Inn sharing a drink. I came here and when I popped back the entire place was aflame and coming down on my head.

And there has been no suggestion as to what is causing it?

I am uncertain as to what is occurring here on the Plane. There is no logic to the variations and time anomalies. [looks away] As for myself ... what do you mean?

Um, to be honest, I don't think anything is being done about it really. We just wait for the Twins to change things back to normal, usually.
