ah, we have learned a lesson here. good advice Joe. Fortunately, having lived most of my life, I knew most of it.

I gather from reading this, that you had a nasty wakeup yesterday while mowing the grass. (I missed the post you are alluding to). Glad that you are ok now.

Hugs buddy and take care.

I didn't really post about it....just 'alluded' to it like you mentioned in THIS post.

but my point is while I KNEW that advice, I IGNORED it.

nothing, or I wouldn't be posting....

Ah...I have been there. Because of work and because of depression and because of smoking...which if I still did, I would have been dead several years ago, if not totally disabled and on an oxygen tank permanently waiting to die from emphysema.

It is not a fun feeling.

At all. But, I learned it soon enough to prevent that from happening right away.

uh...I could have died from one of my transgressions and I had to have 2 other close calls before it convinced me to at least take all of my meds at the right times. Then other times to cut down on caffeine which also makes it worse. Now working on sugars...unfortunately not in the right direction. And, exercise is next on the list again.
