Governor Palin 14 for 14 in defeating trumped-up ethics charges

I think we all know which party is behind these trumped-up charges, don't we?
The accusations made news, but with another dismissal of an ethics charge last week against Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the former Republican vice-presidential nominee has quietly been cleared of every ethics complaint filed since the torrent of allegations began in 2008.

Mrs. Palin, who became a target of such complaints after being named Sen. John McCain's running mate, is 14-for-14 in fighting off the complaints. She's been cleared of 13 charges by the independent State Personnel Board and of another complaint by the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

Of course, all you'll hear from the left is that she has been "charged with more than a dozen ethics complaints".

I think we all know why they are so afraid of her!

Update: hot off the mud-slinging wire: leftists accuse Palin of plagiarizing Newt Gingrich. Newt says the claim is silly.
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich’s camp said Monday allegations that Alaska GOP Gov. Sarah Palin plagiarized a column Gingrich co-authored four years ago are “just silly.”

“I’m thrilled if Sarah Palin used a Newt Gingrich idea from an op-ed, or speech, or column or whatever,” Gingrich spokesman Rick Tyler told POLITICO. “[Gingrich’s] response to people repeating his ideas has always been good.”

On Saturday, Huffington Post blogger Geoffrey Dunn accused Palin of lifting passages from a column Gingrich co-authored with Craig Shirley in November 2005. Palin twice referenced Gingrich in her remarks, but Dunn claimed she did not give enough credit. Dunn’s biography on the site says he is writing a book about Palin that is due to be published by Macmillan/St. Martin’s Press in 2010.

Gee, the accuser has a book to sell! Quelle surprise! I bet it is full of all the debunked charges against her but not the outcomes!
