You know it is going to be mentioned in every news report about drug wars and Mexico: the false claim that the US is the number one supplier of guns to the drug lords.
Mexico is the main hub for cocaine and other drugs entering the U.S., and the United States is the primary source of guns used in Mexico's drug-related killings.
The truth, of course, is that the drug lords prefer machine guns which they get from places like China and the rest of Latin/South America.
