Iraqi troops take control of the "Green Zone".
If President Bush had been more effective in communicating people would understand that we've won in Iraq twice now. First we defeated Saddam and now we've beaten al Qaeda and their would-be allies there as well.
One wonders when the President-elect will recognize our victories there.
