Everybody was really skeptical this could be done, too. I had every confidence in the world that the US Armed Force would be able to take care of this.
I think the key words there are "according to the Media," especially when it comes to military technology. What little the media manages to find out, they'll get wrong, anyway.
I know! Dozens of successful tests and now a live-fire operation against a target in orbit and they still deny that it is even "feasible". (!)
If it were up to the left and the MSM (sorry for the repetition) we never even would have gone beyond the pencil and paper stage of planning such systems.
