I personally agree with this lawsuit . . . but I could have sworn you were opposed to this kind of thing where people are getting sued for inaction.

It was quite the opposite. Those people forgot the line "innocent until proven guilty" and immediately found them guilty and ruined their lives. Now this is the only bit of justice that the Duke players could use. They will win their lawsuit and you will see Duke paying a huge sum of money, as well as Nifong, and the woman who made the false accusation.
