NARAL kills ad, then vows to keep repeating the lies from the ad
NARAL, caught telling lies about Judge Roberts, seemed to be retreating from their untrue allegations.
However, in their statement they vowed to keep repeating the lies contained in the ad:
Keenan's response said the group will replace the ad with one that "examines Mr. Roberts' record on several points, including ...his arguments against using a federal civil rights law to protect women and their doctors and nurses from those who use blockades and intimidation."
Judge Roberts, of course, merely pointed out that there was no civil rights violation, so a civil rights law was not appropriate and that existing state laws covered the issues at hand.
I thought NARAL was proud of what they represented. Why do they have to lie about people they assume do not agree with them?
