Democrats flee Wisconsin to paralyze Senate
Elected Democrats fled Wisconsin in order to prevent a quorum in the Senate. Without a quorum no Senate business can take place. (Some of you may remember a similar event in Texas from a few years ago.)
Since the legislators who fled the state have abdicated their positions the Governor or Wisconsin should appoint replacements and get the Senate back in session.
I can think of a number of things for that newly constituted Senate to vote on, including the mass firing of teachers who have also abandoned their posts and neglected their students in order to "protest" at the state house.
We should not tolerate mob rule.
