When a bureaucrat tells you that you have no right to American airspace

They're lying to you.
A citizen of the United States has a public right of transit through the navigable airspace.

And not that while federal officials can make regulations (especially in conjunction with defense officials) such regulations must be in the public interest.

So when "the public" tells you it is not in their interest to be groped and/or irradiated...it's not in their interest!
