Sarah Palin is warning the establishment GOP that there will be consequences if they don't listen to the message of the Tea Party and voters of this election.
RNC Chairman Michael Steele said he didn't see any major differences between the Republican Party and the issues voters find most compelling this year.
Palin is correct in noting that the GOP has a very short time to respond to the wishes of voters before they turn to a third party for relief. If the GOP doesn't roll back Obamacare, runaway federal spending and address the stagnant economy they may not get another chance in 2012.
On a related item Gallup has released a poll showing support for the GOP is 55% while that for the Democrats is only 40%. Back in 1994 the gap was only about 8%.
