I'm not sure which is more amusing: Rangel claiming he self-reported (after years and years of criminal activity?) and thus there need be no investigation of any kind, a la ACORN or Waters proclaiming her willingness to attend hearings (as if she had a choice) proves that she is innocent.
Too bad the Republican Party has no idea how to capitalize on the stream of unethical and criminal behavior by Democrats in Congress.
Hint: words like "November Vendetta" and "Remember in November" presented to voters are far more useful than droning on about "draining the swamp" to the MSM.
