it's spring! So:
Asparagus, fingerling potato, and goat cheese pizza: Awesome, even with a store-bought crust.
Roasted potatoes and asparagus with parmesan: Not bad, and extremely easy.
Gemelli with asparagus and lemon: Marck found this recipe, and said "This sounds like your kind of thing." He was right.
And a cream of asparagus soup made from the trimmed ends (thrifty!). I liked it, though I wished I had strained it. Marck didn't care for it. Rob liked the cream. Lap lap lap.
