It doesn't take much to get me excited - I dialled 999 (emergency) for the first time today. Neighbours smoke alarms went off and I could smell smoke. (At first I thought it was in my house) They left something on the hob when they went out so no harm done. Within ten minutes there were two fire engines outside. It was alarming how quickly they got into the house. In thirty seconds they were inside and opening the front door without breaking anything.
