Do you think if I tell my teachers "everytime I sit up I feel the overwelming urge to slit my wrists" they will finally give me a fucking excused absense?

Im feeling very unstable right now...I dont really know who to talk to. Or what I would even say. Thats a first for me, and I think its whats scaring me the most.
