Reaiisan: Well, I'm in south FL, so I was indeed hit by the hurricane. My sister was awake to see the eye of the storm drift over our house.
Reaiisan: Once the worst of it was over and we stepped outside you could still see the HUGE clouds swirling in several little rings above you... And my power's been out since I think Saturday.
soundman1024: that is why i'm not looking forward to going to Florida for a year
Reaiisan: Aw, but I didn't get hit all that bad. I should've bought a generator though. Even still, I played outside in the forest, read a lot of books, had BBQs, told ghost stories with my dad and sister, waited in long FEMA lines meeting new people and eating each other meals.
Reaiisan: It was a really unique experiance! I also got to see a whole load of stars I never figured were there before.

Other than that, my Grandmama's in the hospital, which is really new for me because--- o_o She's always near me! I cried when we came back from the hospital to see that the lights were off in her room because that room never saw a moment's darkness. She'd always have it on about a half-hour before sun set. The pillows were pilled high because she could no longer sit up straight.
Her kidney's shot.
She had a clot in leg.
She was having a slight stroke.
She had a mild heart attack.
She was unable to eat solid food for several days.
And she may no longer be able to walk. =(
But her legs were supposed to be chopped off twenty years ago before she even left England and to the doctors she said if translated: "f00k you," and came over here! I shall visit her tomorrow. =3

soundman1024: i've often wondered if marriage on earth is honored in heaven
Reaiisan: Well, I was thinking about it the other day since I forgot the passage in the bible. I figure, well, what if you marry someone who didn't go to heaven? Would you be disallowed to find someone new even though you would never see your spouse again; because eternity is a pretty long time, lol. So, I think that since they say "death do us part" in marriages, marriage ends in death.
soundman1024: yeah, but you're joined as one are you not?
Reaiisan: Hmm, that's a good point. x_x;
soundman1024: i guess i'll find out in due time
Reaiisan: Well, maybe you become unjoined when you die? I'm not sure, lol.
Reaiisan: Yeah, we'll find out when we get there! =3
soundman1024: indeed we will
soundman1024: so how have you been lately?
Reaiisan: Well, I'm in south FL, so I was indeed hit by the hurricane. My sister was awake to see the eye of the storm drift over our house.
Reaiisan: Once the worst of it was over and we stepped outside you could still see the HUGE clouds swirling in several little rings above you... And my power's been out since I think Saturday.
soundman1024: that is why i'm not looking forward to going to Florida for a year
Reaiisan: Aw, but I didn't get hit all that bad. I should've bought a generator though. Even still, I played outside in the forest, read a lot of books, had BBQs, told ghost stories with my dad and sister, waited in long FEMA lines meeting new people and eating each other meals.
Reaiisan: It was a really unique experiance! I also got to see a whole load of stars I never figured were there before.

Other than that, my Grandmama's in the hospital, which is really new for me because--- o_o She's always near me! I cried when we came back from the hospital to see that the lights were off in her room because that room never saw a moment's darkness. She'd always have it on about a half-hour before sun set. The pillows were pilled high because she could no longer sit up straight.
Her kidney's shot.
She had a clot in leg.
She was having a slight stroke.
She had a mild heart attack.
She was unable to eat solid food for several days.
And she may no longer be able to walk. =(
But her legs were supposed to be chopped off twenty years ago before she even left England and to the doctors she said if translated: "f00k you," and came over here! I shall visit her tomorrow. =3
