I bought a sewing machine!
I'm super excited because tonight we went to Sears and I bought a sewing machine. Well, Jason got it for me after I begged and agreed to do certain things (I don't remember really, I just said ok). :)
We went there in search for one we picked out. We got there and they had it on display but none in the store. So we went ahead and bought it because it was like a 60 dollar discount! Couldn't turn that down! It was originally 179.99 and we got it for 129.99 plus and extra 10% off. So it was 127 after tax. :)
I am super excited because that means I can make whatever I want to make. I want to sew some GIRL STUFF!!!! HOW FUN! I could make tu-tus and dresses and WHATEVER!... that's if I can figure it all out... and I'm sure I can.
I went over to my parents house today to have my dad help me layout all the patterns for Conner's costume. Conner saw me and said "wook, my costume, I wike my costume." :)
Though I think he thinks the name of my Wild Thing is "Costume" because we were in the book store the other day and he saw a stuffed animal of that character and said "Wook mommy Costume." :)
I swear that child is older than 2 years and 5 months!
Anyway, I am going to eat some tums for dinner and watch my Sunday night TV.
