I was curious this morning after my dad asked if I wanted a muffin from Dunks. I am glad I said no.

a reduced fat bluberry muffin has 400 calories
a regular bluberry muffin has 470...
a chocolate chip muffin has 630
then try and be healthy with a honey bran? it has 480

and then I looked at mcdonalds
a cheeseburger, medium fry, and medium coke has 900 calories and 990 mg of sodium
but then you could get healthy with a premium salad..
bacon ranch with crispy chicken and dressing has 520 calories and 1680 mg of sodium

and then i looked at burger king
a tendercrisp chicken sandwich with a medium fry and coke has 1340 calories and 64 grams of fat
so when you're done with that, you can stop eating for the day
a hershey sundae pie has 300 calories, in case you were hungry after eating that declious slab they call chicken
or to eat light you could try a whopper with cheese, only 760 calories and 46 grams of fat

and then i decided to ruin all fast food for myself and look at wendys
a crispy chicken sandwich has 380 calories. that is with chicken and a bun, no toppings for you
a double junior cheeseburger delux has 460 calories but if you're think youre eating well with that, its has 1000 mg of sodium, to clog your arteries up
a chiclen blt salad (without dressing) has 680 calories.
so eat the plain chicken sandwich please

d'angelos made me sick
a chicken ceasar salad wrap has 791 calories.
and that's one of their lower calorie foods

sorry if i ruined anything for you
so please next time you hear me say im on a diet, its not because i want to be supaah skinny, its because i dont want to die when i'm 28
