so after working here over a year & a half i had a customer's story make me cry for the first time today. the man came in yesterday and we've been -struggling- to speak with him for months now trying to get him a new power wheelchair through Title 19/Medicaid. He is in his mid 30s and lost his mother to cancer a few years ago. He has both feet amputated, can hardly speak, is confined to a wheelchair, etc. ......and today I learned that about a month ago his father died, as well.

Fuck.
