sunday night..........
well, another boring quiet weekend....watching the first episode of the Australia's "So you think you can dance" I am pleasantly surprised just how freaking good they are. Always wanted to learn how to dance *sigh* only dancing I used to do is at the nightclub in the good ol days....I was telling Alena (after we watched Dirty Dancing) that I used to do that lol...she didn't believe me! I guess it was a long time ago and I am a bit of an old frump now. Wonder where those cute twins are that used to make me the meat in their sandwich....they would back me up hehehehe they would be horrified I turned into such an old frump of a thing. Geoffrey's feet are going along fine...the crutches have gone, he is just hobbling around now. Think he will wear his crocs to school tomorrow, needs the extra room for the bandages.
I ran into someone Saturday night who was telling me that Div 2 nursing is 1 day a week and mostly by correspondence and they should be starting a course next year so I was thinking about ditching my job because my bosses are fuckheads but now I think I will hang out and do the nursing course and then I can get work in any hospital....that sounds a better option.
In the meantime I am off to Avoca Nursing Home tomorrow to let them know I am also available for the Nursing Bank on Mondays :) every little bit of money helps.
