~I went with my mother to see Hollywood Homicide because we're both Harrison Ford fans. The movie was 'ok' and not so great, but wasn't terrible either. There were scenes where I was dying with laughter, mainly the scene where Harrison Ford is riding a pink bicycle with a little basket and a horn on the streets of Hollywood. The movie wanted to make me rent A Streetcar Named Desire...so that's going on my movie-rental list.
~I went to Borders after and bought myself some reading material. I decided to finally buy The Silence of the Lambs by Thomas Harris. I figured, "Oh, why not." I also bought The Best of Roald Dahl which is a collection of short stories, and The Bloody Chamber by Angela Carter. Ah yes...the last one is for my independent study, and it was actually a book Yelvie had recommended.
