WARNING: This may not be very coherent, because I'm not focusing very well right now. THIS MAY NOT MAKE SENSE IN ITS PRESENT FORM; depending on my laziness levels, I may or may not rewrite this.
Okay. So. Jenn's a huge fangirl; she's a canon fangirl of anything boys-love and/or fantasy. I've expanded it to...anything remotely really cute, really cool, or really gay. SHE PROBABLY RECOGNIZES YOU AND YOUR CANON.
However! I personally find playing someone who knows everyone she talks to not as much fun as someone meeting new people! SO. Camp has messed with Jenn's mind; she hasn't so much "forgotten" her fandoms and whatnot as much camp makes her memory hazy when it should be going "PINGPINGPINGPING YOU HAVE READ PORN ABOUT THIS PERSON." Etc.
But she WILL be brought to remember you if...well, I could give some reason like talking to you for a while or you doing something very reminiscent of your canon (like a Kamehameha or henshining) or whatever. The truth is it's all dependent on a variety of things, mainly whether or not I feel it'd make good comedy at the time!
If she does recognize you, she will do her best to pretend not to! She will fail miserably at this, so whether or not you will to pursue the "being recognized as fictional character" is up to you.
If you have any personal preference about your character getting a hint or knowing they're a fictional character or anything like that, just drop me a line~
