Goodbye to all that
- So The BBC have, for some reason known only to themselves, decided to axe 'The Hour'. I can't remember if any of you watched it, but I loved every second, and I think it was probably my favourite programme of last year. A 1950s newsroom drama, with beautiful sets, brilliant cast (Ben Whishaw! Romola Garai! Dominc West! Peter Capaldi!) and amazing plot? Yeah, definitely makes sense to cancel that. And the last series was left on such a cliffhanger, I just can't believe there's not going to be a third series. I actually don't think a TV show I really love has ever been cancelled before, and it's upsetting.
