- 'Sherlock Holmes 2: Game Of Shadows' - surprisingly confusing, but amazing to look at. Nearly seemed as though it should have been in 3D, but wasn't. Brilliant soundtrack. I think if I saw it again I would enjoy it even more. Also, am I the only person who does not think Robert Downey Jr. is particularly attractive? I mean, I wouldn't say no, but I didn't spend the whole film sighing. Even Jude Law tops him. Semi-naked Stephen Fry is another matter.
- 'The Bleak Old Shop Of Stuff' - this made me laugh more than anything has in a while. Little visual gags all over the place, which I'll not go into detail about because I don't want to spoil it for you, and if you haven't seen it you definitely should. Just look at the cast - if that's not enough to make you watch it, I don't know what is. Robert Webb was great, his hair should always be that way.
- 'Imagine: The Art of Stand-Up' - quite an interesting thing. It felt like it could have been a whole series rather than just a two-parter though (the second part is on tonight on BBC1); there was quite a lot of different opinions crammed into an hour. My highlight was obviously the extended interview with a certain Simon Amstell. How is he so clever and funny and perfect?
