Woo Hoo, I'm (Pretty Much) Done!
I still have a paper to turn in on Thursday, but it's already written and printed. Other than that, though, my semester is over. I took my poetry exam tonight, and I think I did okay, depending on whether the professor decides it was okay for me to interpret "use four poets" as "use at least four poets," because if not I'm going to get hit for totally not following instructions. But despite that hitch, it's a pretty good essay, and I'm kind of amazed at myself for writing 5 1/2 pages in an hour and a half; that's definitely a new record for me. And I got an A on my paper in that class, so I'm feeling pretty confident.
And my brain is total mush now, so I'm kind of beyond caring how well I did, anyway.
I was looking at pictures of my nephew on facebook, and for the first time I got really excited to be going home instead of just relieved at being done for the year. I miss that little guy, and everyone else.
