"The Depths of Winter" by Cosmic.
Notes: This was a well known fic when I started reading Harry/Draco, although the author's time-travel, "Tempus Fugit" story is a bit more famous. Harry, exiled to the Muggle world after the war(this is post-book 4, i think) comes across Draco Malfoy in the most unexpected of circumstances: a car accident. Said accident leaves Draco paralytic and their interaction revives Harry's buried memories of the Wizarding World. Even though Draco keeps screaming at him, Harry can't help but show up at his hospital room and, later, offer him a place to stay while he recovers. The writing is not awful but it is poor, telling rather than showing and over-telling too, couldn't manage to re-read.
