deceptive advertising

Well, that was unpleasant. I recently bought some Palmolive Pure+Clear dish detergent, which was on sale. It was labeled "no heavy fragrances" and did not list a scent (unlike every other dish detergent on the market), so naturally I assumed that it was fragrance-free/unscented.

Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has a very unpleasant, cloying floral scent, which is still lingering in my kitchen 45 minutes later. I hope I don't have to rewash all those dishes to get rid of it.

The scent *is* fairly light as such things go. But that just means that it didn't kill me immediately. (The usual floral fragrances send me into acute respiratory distress.)

I had to go to the grocery store this evening anyway, so I picked up a bottle of lemon-scented Ajax. (Citrus fragrances don't bother me.) But I am never, ever going to buy Palmolive again. Ever. Under any circumstances whatsoever.
