Hoppy Easter

Pancakes for breakfast. I used to know how to make pancakes, but I'm badly out of practice. I mixed up the batter (a one-third batch, for just me) last night and stuck it in the fridge, which worked well. But I had the heat too high under the pan to start with, so the first few pancakes came out very dark and still half-raw in the middle. Once I turned the heat down it went better; although at one point I had it too low and the very pale pancake folded in half when I went to flip it. Straightening that back out was Fun. Tasted good, though.

And I have a chocolate Easter bunny, so all is right with the world.
