Convention next weekend. I've had the hotel reservations for months, confirmation email saved in my Travel folder. Today I got a reminder email from the hotel--with the wrong dates, Saturday to Monday instead of Friday to Sunday. Ack! Ack! Ack!
I checked the confirmation email, which also shows the incorrect dates, so it's been wrong from the beginning. It's probably totally my fault; I absolutely believe that I blanked on the dates and entered the wrong ones (although I should have noticed the days of the week on their little popup calendar thingy when I was making the reservation).
I quick called the hotel at the number in the reminder email. They were able to correct the dates quickly and easily, with a minimum of fuss.
Whew!
