To keep my upper back from hurting, I need to sleep with something bigger than my teddy bear. The throw pillow was a solution to that--but not if it damages my fingers.
So, did switching back to the bear help my fingers? Um, I dunno. Not enough data yet.
I do have a different long-term solution in mind, but I'd like to be sure that the pillow was actually the problem first.
The experiment continues...
