in which I talk about the weather
It's been raining+ all day, now it's sleeting, although it's still above freezing so the ground is slushy. When the temp drops this evening, all that water/slush is going to become a layer of solid ice below the predicted 6-10" of snow.
Oh, joy, she said glumly.
On the bright side, I don't have to go anywhere this weekend, and it should be in the 40s again by Monday.
And it's just as well that my FiOS appointment isn't until *next* Saturday. Because I don't think the installer would be coming tomorrow.
