I don't usually care for "paranormal romances" because for me, science fiction/fantasy is the dominant mode, so if they aren't satisfying on that level, I can't just sit back and enjoy the romance. However, I recently discovered the Ghost Hunter novels by Jayne Castle (aka Jayne Ann Krentz, aka Amanda Quick). Set on the planet Harmony, where the human colonists have recently returned to a roughly 21st Century tech level, they feature well-handled psychic abilities along with the standard romance tropes. I have only read the last two so far, starting with the recently released Dark Light, but I recommend them to romance readers with a taste for fantastic elements.
Her contemporary (Krentz) and historical (Quick) romances also often feature (mostly) well-handled psi. I have previously enjoyed a number of those (although the last Quick novel was disappointing at best).
