the second seal
Just finished the second of two stuffed seals. I'll put pictures up on my website soon, probably by next weekend.
Like the calico cat, these took longer than anticipated. Despite that, I could probably have made one start to finish for the demo, but it's just as well I didn't try. They're almost all straight sewing, which would have been quite boring to watch. If there's ever a next time, I think I'll do a moderately sized/complicated head. With the body already finished, I could attach the neck, then demonstrate turning and stuffing, too. That leaves only the cutting-out unshown.
