Emma Bull's Territory is a fantasy novel about the secret magical maneuvering leading up to the famous gunfight at the OK Corral. It's very good, but it did leave me wondering if there was going to be a second book dealing with the gunfight itself and its aftermath. It ended with all the storylines kind of hanging in midair. If I hadn't gone and researched the actual history (Wikipedia has a good article), I would have no idea what all that was about.
ETA: On reading Emma Bull's LJ (coffeeem), I see that there is indeed going to be a sequel. Yay!
