Very much like a review. Some of those things we learned first year! Honestly, you would think they would realize we have the hang of it by now....

I know it's a lot of review, but it's also a lot to remember -- I think the professors just want to make sure we don't panic and forget the basics...besides, no one's memory is perfect!

I suppose that makes sense. They wouldn't want us failing the N.E.W.T.s because we forgot something we learned in first year.
