hoolies - what a winter
nothing like a super cold and snowy winter to test the insulation of the condo.. and boy did we find out how little there is.. :P looks like we're going to be investing in having insulation blown in the attic and replacing the late 70'd made sliding patio door wiith a more energy efficient model ( or wooden french doors as I would prefer). .. as well as redoing the windows with more energy efficient models.. ;> and if we come into enough money (as in win the lotto) gutting the interior and having spray insulation put in and all the plumbing redone.. :> and all sorts of other goodies.. :> man oh man do we really need to win the lotto.. :>
On a good note.. We have a dining table now and a few other pieces that we didn't have before. My cats have settled in extremely well - to the point where my Calico yells at me if the housework hasn't been done for a couple of days..
