SCHOOL'S OUT!!!
Meant to post this last night, but I got caught up in something. So, yes, I'm on holidays! Woohoo! With no holiday homework, no less. Three weeks and one day of relxatation, which for me, means writing, drawing and other fun creative stuff. And trying to track down an unabridged hard copy of 'Frankenstein', because it's really hard to read it off my computer screen. (Great story, really. And, if anyone gets the chance, read 'Born of the Sea' by Victor Kelleher, because it's one of the most well-written books I've ever read. Very, very dark content, but oh so brilliant.)
I got a good report card! I did not manage straight A's, unfortunately (it's my goal to get straight A's at least once in my schooling), but I did manage not to fall below a B. The bad thing is that this means that I can't get internet access on my laptop at this point, since my report containing straight A's was the condition. >< Must try harder.
I have many pieces of artwork to be doing this holidays, which makes me happy. And the writing of 'Heroes' will hopefully commence sometime soon.
Uh, what else... Not much. Oh! I'm learning 'Tale As Old As Time' for my voice lessons, which makes me very happy, because that's probably my most favorite Disney song EVER. It's a stretch for my voice (no doubt that was the point), but I can totally do this.
